Newberry’s Smokehouse

Newberry’s Smokehouse, previously known as Valley Smokehouse, supplies traditionally smoked fish and meats from ethical sources. The company which was established in 1989 is based in Stone Allerton, near Axbridge in Somerset. They supply us with all their salmon which is sourced from Loch Duart – The Sustainable Salmon Company.
