    Our butchery is located in the countryside village of Olveston, where we’re lucky to be surrounded by farms who share our passion for sustainable, ethical farming.

    With our roots firmly planted in the South West, we’re focussed on sourcing the best produce the local area has to offer, so that we can continue to meet the demands of today’s restaurants and their guests.

    Our proximity to Bristol’s thriving food scene, coupled with our dedication to quality, has enabled us to become one of the most recognised butchery brands in the city.     Community Farm

    The Community Farm is a community-owned organic farm that grows, sources and delivers nourishing produce and fabulous groceries via an award winning veg box scheme.

    A not-for-profit organisation, every year thousands of local people benefit physically and mentally from wellbeing courses, social events and volunteering sessions on their beautiful land overlooking Chew Valley Lake, just south of Bristol. Check out their website to find out more…

    Proper Bread Bakery provides superb, hand baked breads and patisserie to the Café, Hotel and Restaurant trade. We use high quality, fresh ingredients which add flavour and depth to our products. Our bread is handmade by skilled bakers who are dedicated to using traditional techniques offering a unique and diverse selection of the finest baked goods, flaky buttery croissants or Danish pastries.

    We’ve always believed in buying locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, we have a great working relationship with a number of local suppliers.

    Greenacres Farm Free Range Eggs

    Greenacres Farm free-range hens enjoy the freedom of outdoors and are fed on a natural feed diet. This diet and the natural fields the hens forage, help the eggs develop their rich golden yolks and flavour.
    Hen’s get to enjoy the freedom of the outdoors encouraging them to roam and express their natural behaviour. The hen’s welfare is also a top priority. Greenacres Farm believe that by creating a better environment for our hens, they will produce a better egg.

    Kate’s Kitchen love Greenacres Farm as they do not supply the larger supermarket chains. Therefore, they are able to keep hens for longer than the usual 72 weeks as demanded by the supermarkets. This means their hens live a longer happy and productive life.

    The eggs are collected daily to assure freshness. Situated in the beautiful Chew Valley, Greenacres Farm produces quality Free Range Eggs supplying the Bristol and north Somerset area.

    Longmans is a west country cheese and dairy supplier. They work closely with independent producers who are committed to quality. They have a great selection of delicious products, most of which are locally sourced with an emphasis on provenance and traceability.

    Lye Cross Farm

    Lye Cross Farm is our chosen supplier for exceptional cheeses. Their award-winning Cheddar, crafted since 1952 in the heart of the West Country, is truly delicious.

    Knowing that their cheese comes from 4,300 acres of some of the finest pasture land in the world, with a herd of 1,200 well-cared-for dairy cattle, makes it even more special. There’s a sense of tradition and care that shines through in every bite.

    Lye Cross Farm is in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB). With 4,300 acres of premium Somerset pasture land, and 1,200 dairy cattle, they produce distinctive cheeses that reflect the richness of this beautiful country. The Alvis family are dedicated to quality and sustainability, which gives us confidence that we’re serving the best West Country cheddar. They also make and supply other very fine cheeses including Stilton, Red Leicester, and Wensleydale.

    Shoot Farm

    Shoot is a small vertical farm based in Bristol. Since 2020 we’ve been busy pioneering a new way to grow food sustainably. Our vertical farm uses hydroponics, LED lighting & renewable energy to grow indoors all year round. We harvest 103 times a year for amazing freshness, jam packing nutrition into every bite. Every delivery takes just 24h or less to get from harvest to our customers.

  • Organic oat milk from Bristol

    Float Mylk

    Float Mylk is a Bristol based company who make delicious natural and creamy oat milk made from organically grown oats. Their milk is delivered in re-usable glass bottles, just like the good ol’ days! So there’s not a nasty Tetrpack in sight!

    The oats used for making Float mylk are grown on an organic farm in England from a special variety of ‘naked’ huskless oat. This means the oats can be threshed and cleaned on the farm where they are grown, unlike normal oats which need to be sent off to large processors. The naked oats used in Float Mylk are also higher in natural oil which give Float Mylk a particularly rich and creamy taste.

    Buying directly off Brixham Market, ensures super fresh fish, and quality checks are in place throughout the whole process of purchasing, preparation and delivering.

    Bradley’s Juice

    Bradley’s Juice is a family run business, producing outstanding English juices at Box Bush farm in rural Somerset.

    Bradley’s specialise in producing the most fantastic single variety apple juice using only the very best hand picked apples. Their juice is made in small batches and pressed at Box Bush Farm using traditional methods of production. Once the juice has been extracted from the apples, it is left to settle following which it is bottled and gentle pasteurise it so that you can enjoy our fruit juice all year round.
