Somerset Charcuterie was founded by Andy and James, whose shared passion for traditional air-dried meats began as a hobby and quickly grew into a thriving business. Inspired by Spanish, French and Italian techniques, they create artisan charcuterie using high-quality, locally sourced meats from across the South West.
Now in their 11th year, everything is still handmade to preserve flavour and texture, with a strong commitment to Somerset ingredients and craftsmanship. Their award-winning products are enjoyed across farmers’ markets, delis and restaurants throughout the region.
