The Role
As our Delivery Driver, you’ll be one of the key faces of Kate’s Kitchen, delivering freshly prepared lunches, breakfasts and event catering to businesses and venues across Bristol.
It’s much more than simply driving from A to B. You’ll play an important part in ensuring every order leaves our kitchen correctly packed, safely transported and delivered with a smile.
You’ll also help keep our delivery operation running smoothly by checking stock, monitoring vehicle condition and making sure everything is organised for the next day’s deliveries.
Every day is a little different, making this a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working independently while being part of a close-knit team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering freshly prepared catering orders to corporate clients and event venues across Bristol.
- Checking deliveries with the kitchen team before setting off.
- Carrying out daily food temperature checks.
- Ensuring food is transported safely and arrives in perfect condition.
- Providing a friendly, professional service to every customer.
- Planning efficient delivery routes and managing your time effectively.
- Completing routine vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Monitoring drinks stock and delivery supplies, including disposable plates, napkins and cutlery.
- Helping keep our delivery area clean, organised and ready for the next day’s events.

- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Familiar with Bristol and the surrounding area.
- Happy working independently as well as being part of a supportive team.
- Committed to maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Clean driving record.
- Confident driving a small delivery van.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to lift and carry catering equipment and food boxes safely.
Desirable:
- At least one year’s delivery driving experience.
- Five years’ driving experience.
What We Offer
- £14.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday working (approximately 9.30am–3.30pm, with finish times varying depending on deliveries)
- Minimum 25 hours per week
- Permanent, part-time position
- Start date: Mid-August 2026
